With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It’s our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Processing Time

The Total Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. Handling Time = Period between the date an order is placed and when the parcel is shipped. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Shipping Time = Period taken from warehouses to reach its intended destination and delivered to your address.

Note: Processing time for pre-order and custom/handmade pieces may take longer, (these details can be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails). You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws, and other variables out of your or our hands. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for these situations.

Shipping Fee

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over 30 USD. For orders below 30 USD, we charge 5 USD.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We do not accept a cancellation if the product has already been shipped.

Expedited Shipping Exceptions

We only offer expedited shipping via UPS within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier. PLEASE NOTE: An expedited shipping method does not change the processing time for any pre-order or personalized items.

Do I Have to Pay Duties?

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivered duty-unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, simsimrand cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.
